Liaison Services in Dubai
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Liaison collects, why it is collected, how documents and payment information are handled, and how individuals may contact the desk about their data.
1. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to visitors to the Liaison website, individuals who request a complimentary call, clients who purchase a case assessment, clients whose matters are accepted for mandate, and other persons whose information is supplied as part of a property matter.
2. Information we collect
The desk may collect identifying details such as name, email, phone number, billing information, property and development details, contract and payment records, developer and broker correspondence, notices, uploads, and factual summaries supplied through the site or during handling of the matter.
Technical information such as IP address, browser information, device data, and limited cookie data may also be collected for security, site operation, and service administration.
3. Why we collect it
Information is collected to triage new enquiries, arrange complimentary calls, perform case assessments, decide whether a mandate should be accepted, handle accepted matters, issue receipts and invoices, maintain records, prevent misuse of the site, and respond to support, notice, or complaint submissions.
4. Uploads and documents
Uploads may include contractual papers, notices, payment records, screenshots, broker communications, developer emails, and other documentary material. Such documents are used for assessment, file organisation, and matter handling. They may contain information about third parties where that is inherent to the matter.
5. Payment information
Secure card payments are processed through a payment environment designed for that purpose. Liaison does not store full card numbers or full card security codes. The desk may retain payment confirmations, partial card references, billing identity details, and receipt records.
6. Retention, disclosure, and rights
Information is retained for so long as reasonably required to assess, handle, support, account for, defend, or close the matter, and longer where law, regulation, or a legitimate record requirement makes that necessary.
Information may be shared with service providers, payment processors, or professional counterparties only where reasonably required for the site, the payment route, the assessment, or the handling of the matter. Individuals may contact the desk to request access, correction, or other lawful handling of their information.
