A real first conversation. It is used to determine whether the matter belongs with Liaison and whether the file appears commercially recoverable. No mandate is created by the call alone.
Case Assessment — AED 2,000
The first paid step. Liaison reviews the supplied documents, makes targeted enquiries where appropriate, considers comparable resolved matters, and returns with a concise written verdict and recommended route.
The case assessment is its own paid stage. It is not the mandate itself.
Liaison Mandate — AED 18,000
Accepted selectively. The mandate is offered where the desk considers that a practical route still exists and the file is suitable for controlled handling.
Mandate work may include correspondence, structured counterparty engagement, negotiation posture, sequencing of approvals, and matter management through the agreed route.
Acceptance
No enquiry, form, or complimentary call creates a mandate automatically.

Payment method
Secure card payment is accepted online. The desk may also issue an invoice where agreed.
Normal and direct.
Outcome logic
If the mandate succeeds and saves you more than the fee, we keep the fee. If the mandate fails, AED 8,000 is returned and a full correspondence-and-evidence report is provided.

Assessment first. The desk does not move directly to mandate by default
Separate stages. The assessment fee and mandate fee are distinct.
Selective acceptance. The desk may decline after the complimentary call or after assessment.
