No fee is charged, so no refund question arises.
Case Assessment — AED 2,000
The assessment fee pays for the assessment itself. It is refundable where a payment is taken in duplicate, charged in clear error, or where Liaison elects not to commence the assessment after payment.
Once assessment work or assessment enquiries have begun, the assessment fee is treated as earned for that stage.
Liaison Mandate — AED 18,000
If the mandate fails, AED 8,000 is returned and a full correspondence-and-evidence report is provided. If the mandate succeeds and saves the client more than the fee, the fee is retained.
For this policy, a mandate is treated as failed where Liaison concludes the mandate without securing a practical result that exceeds the mandate fee.
