How Matters Are Handled
The desk does not perform urgency. It imposes order on facts, approvals, communications, and counterparties so that movement, if it exists, is not lost to confusion.

Facts are stabilised first
The desk begins by identifying the present position precisely: contract status, payment status, notices, missing documents, involved parties, and what has already been said or promised.

Documents are ordered before pressure is applied
Payment records, SPA material, broker correspondence, developer notices, and informal promises are assembled into a usable file. Disorder is expensive. We remove it first.

Communications are run through one line
Drafts, calls, and written contact are handled in sequence. The desk is not interested in uncontrolled parallel pressure, speculative messages, or contradictory positions.

Approvals are explicit
Nothing material is sent casually. Proposed steps, posture, and timing are presented for approval where required so that the client stays informed without fragmenting the route.

Counterparties are handled as counterparties
Developers, brokers, and related parties are approached with distance, records, and sequence. The purpose is not display. It is leverage that can still be used later.

Whether the outcome is positive or negative, the matter is documented. Where the mandate fails, the written correspondence-and-evidence report forms part of that close.
