Online card payment is part of the desk and handled accordingly.

Assessment and mandate fees may be paid online by card. The payment route is designed to feel ordinary because for the Liaison desk it is ordinary.

Secure processor

Card details are entered into a secure payment environment. Liaison does not retain full card numbers or security codes.

Receipts and references

Payment generates a receipt reference and attaches the payment event to the case or matter reference.

What Liaison will not ask for

The desk should not require full card details to be sent by email, message, or informal chat. Use the payment pages only.
